The Challenge
In its most recent report, the Audit Commission judged the housing management services provided by Bromsgrove District Housing Trust as a “‘good, two star service, which has excellent prospects for improvement.” One of the areas of progress identified in the report was the delivery quality of its repairs and maintenance services, which is the responsibility of the Community Repairs Team (CRT). Another was community relations, which is handled by the Community First Team (CFT). By making improvements in these two areas BDHT hopes to raise its overall customer satisfaction score from 83% to 95%.
